2021 was a hard year in the vineyard following a spring frost the crops were smaller than small. Less than 1 tonne/hectare was hand harvest in February, direct press to old oak and puncheon for wild ferment. Left in barrel for 12 months and then in bottle for another 3 before release. 2600 bottles total.
