Natural wine, low sulphites, skin contact Sauvignon Blanc, fermented in eggs, wood and steel. A fascinating textural white wine with freshness and fruit alongside savoury characters and complex sensations in the mouth. The wine is made with no intervention at all save a little sulphur at bottling and will show some sediment in the bottom. 100% Organic / Biodynamic
This Shiraz is both approachable and vibrant. Full-bodied with smooth tannins and flavours of ripe red and black fruits, along with a touch of earthy complexity.
