We offer two shipments of three wines per year, scheduled for December and June. Each shipment includes two wines from our Sauce range (The Fizz, The Sauce Grenache, Lello and Baba Yaga), and the third wine is our exclusive single barrel release.

The Chardonnay Club
We offer two shipments of three wines per year. Each shipment includes our three unique Chardonnay styles. Bella - clone 5 chardonnay, fermented in a concrete egg and made in a chablis style. Ada - Gingin clone chardonnay made in a classic style with a beautiful balance of oak and tight acidity. Halcyon Chardonnay - Gingin clone from our vineyard planted in 1978, characterised by exceptional fruit complexity, subtle oak influence and a stunningly smooth mouth feel.
