We offer two shipments of four wines per year, scheduled for December and June. Each shipment includes two wines from our Sauce range (The Fizz, The Sauce Grenache, The Sauce Cabernet, The Sauce Shiraz, Lello and Baba Yaga), the third & fourth wine will be either an exclusive single barrel release or a museum release.

We offer two shipments of three wines per year, scheduled for December and June. Each shipment includes two wines from our Halcyon range (Halcyon Chardonnay, Halcyon Cabernet, Sophie, Halcyon Pinot Noir), and the third wine is either a single barrel release or something from our Museum.
