Description
This 100% Clone 5 Chardonnay is hand-picked, pressed into stainless steel and a concrete egg. Made in a Chablis style and emphasises a mineral-driven character. Bella undergoes primary fermentation and malolactic fermentation, followed by maturation in tanks for 9 months before bottling.
